Aiming to enhance mutually beneficial cooperation for the sake of effective development and strengthening of cultural ties between theatres in the field of ballet, opera and symphonic music the National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theatre of the Republic of Belarus has signed a number of memoranda of understanding with the biggest opera houses of the CIS and overseas countries.

The memoranda provide for organization of guest performances; exchange of soloists and companies; joint projects and creation of co-productions; masterclasses of leading artists and specialists; participation in musical competitions and festivals; exchange of directors, conductors, designers, workshops staff, etc.; exchange of information on significant events in musical and theatrical live of both countries.

Since 1994, the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus has worked with conductor and producer Wilhelm Keitel and BNK Music Production GmbH.
