Pay attention to the restrictions on ticket sales  and new rules for seating the audience at the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus.

For the 13^th time the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus will hold a New Year’s Ball on the night of January 13th/14th. The rehearsal schedule for those wishing to participate in the ball is on our website. 

In October we will see several interesting debuts in operas and ballets of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus.

On 1 October, we will hear Andrey Petrov's music at the Bolshoi Theatre. On the International Music Day, a philosophical parable The Creation of the World staged by Valentin Elizariev will be performed. This performance has been living in the theatre for more than 40 years. 

Today, our team gathered for a general meeting in the Bolshoi. There is less than a week left before the start of the 89^th season.

The Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus will traditionally open its new 89th season with a premiere: on 8 and 9 September 2021, the audience will be presented with a production of King Stakh’s Wild Hunt by composer Vladimir Soltan.

On 12 September the Honoured Artist of Russia, soloist of the Novaya Opera and guest soloist of the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia Mikhail Gubsky will appear in the role of Radames in Aida 

The People's Artist of Belarus leading ballerina of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus Irina Eromkina has been nominated for the Union State Prize in the field of literature and art 2021/2022.

On 28 September, the young tenor will perform the role of Lensky at the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus for the first time.

The ovation did not stop for a long time. Neither did the cries of bravo. This is how the hall seating a thousand expressed its gratitude to the creators and artists on the evening of 11 July, when the Bolshoi gave the premiere of Vladimir Soltan's opera King Stakh’s Wild Hunt staged by director Anna Motornaya.

Before the premiere of King Stakh’s Wild Hunt, the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus, along with the State Museum of the History of Belarusian Literature, is holding an interesting exhibition. Its opening is at 17:30. 11 July.

On 3 July Alexander Lukashenko visited the National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theatre, where the gala concert "Bolshoi!" dedicated to the Belarusian Independence Day was held.

The sun, rain, thunderstorms, storm... During the three days of the festival “Evenings of the Bolshoi Theatre at the Radziwill Castle”, Nesvizh and its guests experienced a lot. But nothing could stop the true fans of art. All the performances of the summer festival on 25, 26 and 27 June were sold out.

The conductor of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus became the total winner of the Nicolai Malko Competition for Young Conductors in Denmark: he won the First and the  Audience Prizes! Congratulations!

On the evening of 25 June, the biblical story – Giuseppe Verdi’s Nabucco – will come to life on the stage under the majestic vaults of the Nesvizh Castle. 

‘She is in my heart since the age of 26,’ Valentin Elizariev said. On 4 June, the jubilee of the People's Artist of Belarus, legendary ballerina and ballet master and répétiteur of the Bolshoi Theatre Lyudmila Brzhozovskaya will took place.

Ballet Summer at the Bolshoi will take place for the 7^th time. Swan Lake will open the festival. Tchaikovsky's masterpiece will feature star of the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia Denis Rodkin. Tickets are on sale!

On the World Children's Day, young artists of the Vezhnovets Ballet School will appear at the Bolshoi. The children will also perform bright numbers from Valentin Elizariev’s ballets.

Exactly five months our audience didn’t hear Tchaikovsky's magic music on the Belarusian stage. That's how much the theater's calendar did not include this ballet. Swan Lake staged by Valentin Elizariev returns to the Bolshoi's repertoire.

From 15 to 18 July, Vitebsk will once again turn into the cultural capital of our republic: for the 30^th time, the International Festival of Arts “Slavianski Bazaar” will be held there (additional programmes are scheduled for 14 and 19 July).
