Ilgam Valiev in the role of Calàf

On 4 May, the opera singer will appear on at the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus for the first time. He will perform in Puccini's Turandot.

Canio in Pagliacci by Ruggero Leoncavallo, Alfredo in La traviata by Giuseppe Verdi, the Duke in Rigoletto by Giuseppe Verdi, Faust in the eponymous opera by Charles Gounod, Jose in Carmen by Georges Bizet, Cavaradossi in Tosca by Giacomo Puccini, Eric in Der fliegende Holländer by Richard Wagner and many other roles Valiev successfully performed on the stages of the Yekaterinburg State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre (2010-2016) and the Bashkir Opera, where he is a soloist now. The artist was awarded a special prize at the Golden Mask National Theatre Festival for the role of the Prince in The Love for Three Oranges by Sergei Prokofiev. He often performs in many famous Russian theatres (Moscow, Kazan, Perm, Chelyabinsk).

Anastasia Malevich will appear in the role of the cruel beauty Turandot in the brilliant Puccini’s opera. Also, the performance will feature the People's Artists of Belarus Vasily Kovalchuk as Timur, Vladimir Gromov as Ping, winners of international competitions Maria Galkina as Liu (1st performance), Victor Mendelev as Emperor, Yury Bolotko as Pong, Yanosh Nelepa as Pang.
