According to the Culture Code of the Republic of Belarus (effective of February 03, 2017) the purchased tickets can be returned to the box office not later than one calendar day prior to the performance. Individuals and organizations wishing to return tickets are entitled to a 90 percent refund of ticket value.
Organizations that wish to return tickets purchased with debit/credit cards are entitled to a 100 percent reimbursement of ticket value.
In case of cancellation, postponement or change of time (terms) or venue of an event, replacement of the originally scheduled performance for the newly announced event or any other change in terms previously determined by the organizer of an event, an individual or an organization wishing to return tickets are entitled to a refund of the full value of the ticket.
