Vladislav Koliada was born in Azov, Rostov region (Russia).

He graduated from the Rostov College of Arts. As a college student, he joined the company of the Rostov State Musical Theatre and was promoted to soloist in 2015.

On the stage of the Rostov State Musical Theatre he performed leading roles in Swan Lake (the Fool, the Neapolitan dance), The Nutcracker (Harlequin, the Mouse King, Chinese and Russian dances) by Pyotr Tchaikovsky, Romeo and Juliet by Sergey Prokofiev (Mercutio), Giselle by Adolphe Adam (Peasant pas de deux), La Bayadère by Ludwig Minkus (Magedaveya (fakir), the The Bronze Idol, Indian dance)), etc.

From 2019 to 2022 he danced at the Natalia Sats Moscow Children's Musical Theatre, where he performed the role of the Fool in Swan Lake, the Blue Bird, the Puss in Boots in Sleeping Beauty by Pyotr Tchaikovsky, Nif –Nif in The Three Little Pigs by Sanat Kibirova, the Golden Cockerel in the eponymous opera-ballet by Nikolay Rimsky-Korsakov, Prince Lemon in Cipollino by Karen Khachaturian and etc.

In 2022 he joined the company of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus and was promoted to the soloist in 2023.
