Vitali Hryshchanka graduated from the Belarusian State Academy of Music, where he received a degree in folk orchestra instruments (accordion) in 2014 and in opera and symphony conducting (class of Pyotr Vandilovsky) in 2020.
He has worked with orchestras of the Belarusian State Academy of Music (chamber and symphony orchestras), Republican Gymnasium College under the Belarusian State Academy of Music, Minsk State Art College, Glinka Minsk State College of Music (symphony orchestra), Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts (folk instruments orchestra).
He is a music director of La voix humaine by Francis Poulenc (directed by Anna Motornaya) at the Belarusian State Academy of Music Opera Studio.
Vitali Hryshchanka is the author of more than 100 arrangements, instrumentations and orchestra rearrangements for various performing groups. He also created a partial reinstumentation-adaptation of Francis Poulenc’s La voix humaine opera scores for current symphony orchestra of the Belarusian State Academy of Music. The significant part of scores is made for educational purposes and is aimed at systematic and sequential study of students’ abilities and skills.
He is a senior lecturer at the Belarusian State Academy of Music.
Since 2024, he is a conductor of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus.
