Yury Bolotko

Yury Bolotko graduated from the Mikhail Glinka Minsk Music College in 1999, where he had studied under A.Kolesnichenko. In 2004, he graduated from the Belarusian State Academy of Music (class of the Honoured Artist of the Republic Belarus, Professor L. Ivashkov).

He joined the opera company of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus in 2013.

CONCERT TOUR

He is prolific on the concert platform. His recent international appearances include a Latvian tour in 2016 with the Russian Song ensemble with the programme “Old. New. Eternal”, participation in the festival “Narva. Autumn Capital of Estonia 2016”, and an Estonian tour dedicated to Georg Ots with the programme “Last Relics” in 2017.

In October 2022, Yury Bolotko performed the role of Ihnat Berman in King Stakh’s Wild Hunt, a guest performance the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus on the Historic Stage of the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia.
