Konstantin Belokhvostik was born in Minsk. After graduation from the Belarusian State Choreographic Gymnasium-College in 2015, he joined the ballet company of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus.
He did the apprenticeship programme at the St Petersburg Eifman Ballet and later danced with the Estonian National Opera.
In 2020, he graduated from the Belarusian State Academy of Music.
The same year, he joined the ballet company of the Belarusian State Academic Musical Theatre, where he appeared in Swan Lake (Siegfried, pas de trois, Hungarian dance), The Sleeping Beauty (Prince Désiré, the Suitor), Petya and the Wolf (Petya), Subconsciousness (Alpha), Chopiniana (the Young Man).
In 2022, he re-joined the ballet company of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus.
In May-June 2023 within the tour of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus in Yoshkar-Ola, Kazan, Ufa, Chelyabinsk, Tyumen Konstantin Belokhvostik appeared in the main roles in Swan Lake and Anna Karenina to Pyotr Tchaikovsky's music. It was during the tour that he debuted as Vronsky.
On December 8 and 9, 2023, as part of the guest performances of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus at the Astrakhan state theatre of Opera and Ballet, he performed the title role in Spartacus by Aram Khachaturian for the first time.
In the spring of 2024, Konstantin Belokhvostik took part in the 22nd Festival in Honour of the Great Russian Ballerina Galina Ulanova: he performed the role of Siegfried in Swan Lake at the Eric Sapaev Mari State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre.
In July 2024, with the company of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus, he starred in a gala concert marking the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders and the 45th anniversary of the Nicaragua Revolution held at the Rubén Darío National Theatre in Managua, Nicaragua.
