Alina Rudenko was born in Yekaterinburg (Russia).
In 2012, she graduated from the Vaganova Ballet Academy (class of Marina Vasilyeva). In the same year, she joined the company of the Novosibirsk State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre (NOVAT).
She worked at the State Primorsky Opera and Ballet Theatre (now the Primorsky Stage of the Mariinsky Theatre) as a ballet soloist and at the Primorsky Regional College of Art in Vladivostok as a classical dance teacher.
She was a principal of the Rostov Musical Theatre and Natalia Sats Moscow Children's Musical Theatre.
She was awarded the prize of the Theatre Union of the Russian Federation. She joined the ballet company of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus in 2022.
