• grand prize at the 12th Republican Radio Contest “Young Talents of Belarus” in the category "academic singing" (Belarus, Minsk, 2023)
• grand prize at the 3rd Stanisław Moniuszko Republican Open Singing Competition (Belarus, Minsk 2023)
• winner of the 1st degree of the 4th Maria Tenisheva International Singing Competition (Russia, Smolensk, 2022)
Iosif Nikitenko graduated from the Michał Ogiński Molodechno State Music College with a degree in academic singing (class of the Honoured Worker of Culture of the Republic of Belarus Georgy Yurevich). Since 2023, he has been an academic singing major of the Belarusian State Academy of Music. In 2024, he became a member of the International Music Academy of the Yuri Bashmet Festival in Sochi (Russia).
He joined the opera company of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus in 2024.
In 2024, he was invited to take part in the 7th Ildar Abdrazakov International Music Festival.
