Bolshoi State Opera of Belarus

Alexander Gelakh graduated in voice from the Belarusian State Academy of Music (class of the People's Artist of Belarus, Associate Professor E. Pelageichenko) in 2015. The same year, he joined the opera company of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus.

In October 2022, Alexander Gelakh performed the role of the Nobleman in King Stakh’s Wild Hunt, a guest performance the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus on the Historic Stage of the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia.

In August 2024, he took part in the 4th International Festival of Classical Arts “The Caspian Seasons” at the Astrakhan State Philharmonic Hall, presenting Belarusian arts in the concert “The Day of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Uzbekistan”.

In October 2024, he appeared in the role of the First Nobleman in the company’s guest performance of King Stakh’s Wild Hunt at the Mariinsky Theatre given as part of the Days of the City of Minsk in St Petersburg.
