GENERAL PARTNER OF THE PROJECT

 

The winners and finalists of the Minsk International Christmas Singing Competition of different years will take part in a large-scale gala concert. The concert will feature recognized stars of the opera, singers, who became recognizable, including through the participation in the Minsk competition.

 

Ramiz Usmanov is the People's Artist of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He became the triumphant and grand prize winner of the 1st Minsk International Christmas Singing Competition. The audience and jury were mesmerized by his soulful Rodolfo’s aria from Puccini’s La Boheme.

 

The winner of the first prize of the 1st Minsk International Christmas Singing Competition Maria Chabounia became the youngest participant of the competition. Maria is a guest soloist of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus and the Hamburg State Opera.

 

Valentina Fedeneva (second prize of the 1st Minsk International Christmas Singing Competition) is a guest soloist of the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia, soloist of the St. Petersburg Opera and guest soloist of the Mikhailovsky Theatre.

 

Lasha Sesitashvili is the third prize winner of the 1st Minsk Singing Competition. The young Georgian baritone is a regular participant of the gala concerts of the Minsk Christmas Opera Forum and finals of the Minsk Singing Competition. He performed the role of Silvio in Leoncavallo's Pagliacci.

 

The first prize winner of the 2nd Minsk International Singing Competition Mykhailo Malafii also received the audience award of the competition. The singer became a guest soloist of the Belarusian Bolshoi.

 

Tigran Ohanyan became the grand prize winner of the 3rd Minsk Christmas Singing Competition. The singer admitted to us that it was the first big prize in his career .The young tenor from Armenia became a welcome guest on the Belarusian stage: he performed the lead roles in our productions and became a regular participant of the gala concerts of the Christmas Opera Forum and finals of the Minsk Singing Competition.

 

Andrey Nemzer made a splash at the Minsk Competition-2016. The countertenor delighted the audience and received a standing ovation after performing the Ratmir's aria from Glinka’s Ruslan and Lyudmila during the final of the competition.

 

The third prize winner of the 3rd Minsk International Singing Competition Zarina Abaeva is a soloist of the Perm Opera, guest soloist of the Kolobov Novaya Opera Theatre of Moscow, nominee for the Golden Mask Theatre Award.

 

The finalist of the 4th Minsk Christmas Singing Competition Sargis Bazhbeuk-Melikyan took to Armenia the grand prize and best impressions about the Belarusian land, theatre and audience.

 

The "rival" of the Armenian bass Kseniya Bakhritdinova won the second prize of the contest. The soloist of Mykola Lysenko Kharkiv Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre and National Opera of Ukraine represents Ukraine at the international festivals and toured with recitals.

 

The grand prize winner of the Minsk International Singing Competition -2018 Kseniia Nesterenko is known to the opera admirers for the victory in the TV project "Big Opera". In November of this year, the young singer became a soloist of the Kolobov Novaya Opera Theatre of Moscow.

 

The soloists of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus and winners of the Minsk International Singing Competition Viktor Mendelev, Alexander Mikhniuk, Margarita Levchuk, Alexander Gelakh, Maria Galkina, Anastasia Vakhomchik will also perform.
