Laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Belarus (2013)
Nina Scharubina graduated from the Belarusian State Conservatory (now the Academy of Music) in 1994, where she had studied under Associate Professor Valentina Rogovich. In 1999 she completed the Academy's programme of postgraduate studies (assistantship) under the supervision of the Honoured Artist of the Republic of Belarus, Professor Leonid Ivashkov.
She joined the opera company of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus in 2002.
In 2008, she was decorated with the Francysk Skaryna Medal.
In 2010, the title of the Honoured Artist of the Republic of Belarus was conferred on Nina Scharubina.
In 2013, she was awarded the State Prize of the Republic of Belarus.
The title of the People’s Artist of Belarus was bestowed on Nina Scharubina in 2016.

Soprano parts in Messa da Requiem by Giuseppe Verdi, the Requiem in D minor by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Carmina Burana by Carl Orff, and Ludwig van Beethoven’s Symphony No. 9.
In 2015, Nina Scharubina took part in the concert of masters of culture and art and opening ceremony of the Days of Belarusian Culture in Turkmenistan. She also participated in such cultural events as the World Exhibition EXPO-2015 (Milan, Italy) and Days of Belarusian Culture in China (2015). She regularly participated in opera festivals, including the International Opera Festival Classic Open Air in Solothurn (Switzerland), Feodor Chaliapin International Opera Festival in Kazan (Russia), International Opera Art Festival "Golden Crown" in Donetsk (Ukraine) and International Festival of Opera and Ballet Art “Toshkent Bahori” (Uzbekistan).
Nina Scharubina gives a lot of concerts. She is a jury member of the 2nd Minsk Open Competition for Choral and Solo Singing "Spring Song"-2016. Since 2017 she is the chairman of the Council of the Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for Support of Culture and Arts.
Nina Scharubina had toured widely in Austria, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, France, Russia, Switzerland and Italy. As a member of the company she has also toured Germany, Thailand, Tunisia, Cyprus and the UK.
