1.A gift certificate grants its holder the right to get tickets to any performances of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus (which are currently available at the ticket office). A certificate is a bearer document. Each certificate has its own unique number, which confirms the authenticity of the document.
2. The gift certificate can be purchased only at the ticket office of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus (1 Parizhskaya Kommuna Sq., Minsk; 10:00 to 20:00; the nearest metro station is Nemiga).
3. The gift certificate can be purchased as for cash and non-cash calculation.
4. The gift certificate can be exchanged for tickets to a specific performance (or performances) only at the ticket office of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus.
5. The validity period of the gift certificate: 12 (twelve) months from the date of its purchase. (The date and time of purchase are indicated on the document.) If tickets have not been purchased during this time, the nominal value of the certificate will not be refunded to its owner!
6. The gift certificate may only be used once. (It is cancelled after exchanging for tickets. You leave it at the ticket office of the theatre).
7. If you have several gift certificates, of course, you can purchase tickets for the entire amount of these documents. But if the amount of the certificate does not cover the cost of the ticket (tickets), you should pay it extra. If the face value of the gift certificate exceeds the cost of ticket (tickets), no refund shall be made.
8. The gift certificate will not be accepted for execution if it is damaged or has significant mechanical defects. If the gift certificate has been lost, unfortunately, it is not possible to restore it or receive funds at the face value of the certificate.
