Ivan Kamyshov was born in Lipetsk (Russia).

In 2022, he graduated from the Vaganova Ballet Academy (Saint Petersburg), continues his undergraduate programme.

In 2022, he joined the company of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus. In 2023, he was promoted to soloist. In 2024, he was appointed principal dancer.
