Viktor Moiseev was born in Gomel.
He graduated in choral art from the Republican College of Music and in academic singing from the Belarusian State Academy of Music (class of the People’s Artist of Belarus Sergey Frankovsky, 2023). His repertoire with the opera studio of the Academy included Tonio in Ruggero Leoncavallo’s Pagliacci.
From 2019 to 2023, he was a chorus artist of Belteleradiocompany.
He joined the opera company of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus in September 2023.
