Director Galina Galkovskaya, chief chorus master Nina Lomanovich and conductor Yuri Karavaev are preparing a real feast. On 18 February, a grand concert "Masterpieces of Choral Opera Music" will take place on our stage. 

On 9 February he would have turned 65… Two Alexander Kostiuchenko’s iconic works The Tsar's Bride by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov (on 9 February) and Anna Karenina to Pyotr Tchaikovsky's music (on 10 February) will be performed on the stage of the Bolshoi in memory of the chief set designer of the theatre. 

On 29 January, young soloists of the Astana Opera Anastasia Zaklinskaya and Dias Kurmangazy (Kazakhstan) will perform the title roles in Adolphe Adam’s Giselle at the Bolshoi. 

 7 and 28 February, the People's Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan, principal conductor of the Bashkir Opera Artem Makarov will conduct. 

On 28 February, the Honoured Artist of the Republic of Buryatia, soloist of the Novosibirsk Opera and Ballet Theatre, guest soloist of the Novaya Opera (Moscow) and the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia Mikhail Pirogov will perform at the Belarusian Bolshoi again. 

The Astana Opera goes on tour to Minsk with such a large team for the first time. On 17 December, within the Christmas Forum at the Bolshoi, the theatre from Kazakhstan will perform one of its most popular productions: Gioachino Rossini’s La scala di seta. 

On Christmas Eve, on 24 December, the Snow Queen's palace will appear on the stage of the theatre. We are working on a fairy tale for the whole family: Sergei Banevich’s opera. 

From 13 to 18 December, the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus invites admirers of one of the most beautiful art genres to the Minsk International Christmas Opera Forum, which will take place at the Bolshoi for the 12th time.

On 30 October, Valentin Elizariev turned 75! On 4 November a jubilee evening will take place to celebrate the jubilee of the artistic director of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus, People's Artist of the USSR and Belarus. The world ballet stars will perform in Minsk.

On 12 November: Macbeth by Giuseppe Verdi. The People's Artist of the Republic of Bashkortostan, winner of the Golden Mask National Theatre Award and Musical Heart of the Theatre Award in the nomination "Best Conductor" Artem Makarov will conduct. 

On 25-29 October, the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus will tour in Moscow. The audience will see The Nutcracker by Pyotr Tchaikovsky and King Stakh’s Wild Hunt by Vladimir Soltan.

On 10 November, the Queen of the Night from Kazakhstan will appear at the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus. The soloist of the Astana Opera Saltanat Akhmetova will perform this most complicated filigree role in Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte. 

On 24 November 24, admirers of Belarusian opera will hear the soloist of the Novosibirsk Opera tenor Mikhail Pirogov for the first time.

On 8 and 9 September, the summer premiere of Donizetti's L'elisir d'amore will take place in the new season at the Bolshoi. 

On 10 and 11 January, the “Hollywood Music” will be performed again at the Belarusian Bolshoi. Maestro Wilhelm Keitel promises the renewed programme that will set the real New Year's mood. 

The Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus announces a competition for vacancies in the ballet company.

On 6 and 7 September, the Bolshoi opens its 90th anniversary season with a fabulously beautiful Pyotr Tchaikovsky’s Sleeping Beauty. 

Dancing ghosts will come to life on the stage in the new season. Giselle (staged by the principal ballet master of the theatre and Honoured Artist of Russia Igor Kolb) will be the first ballet premiere of the 90th season. 

On 11 and 12 July, the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus will close the 89th season with a premiere. Director Anna Motornaya will present her version of the comic opera by Gaetano Donizetti.
