On 30 March, the Honoured Artist of the Republic of Belarus Tatiana Tretiak and the string quintet "Serenada" again invite the audience to the Chamber Hall of the theatre. This evening there will be instrumental music, singing and dancing…
‘The word “milonga” itself has several meanings,’ the Honoured Artist of the Republic of Belarus Tatiana Tretiak said. ‘This is a South American dance, as well as a dance evening where the tango sounds. So I would like to create such an unusual atmosphere in the small hall, where there would be a place for instrumental music, vocal works, and of course, dance. Of course, the concert will feature tango: Argentine, Uruguayan and ... Russian (which may be unusual for milonga, but it does not contradict the concept of the evening any way.) The audience will also hear the milonga, which, in fact, gave the name to the evening. The beautiful music of modern waltzes will add a separate color to this evening. But I won't reveal all the secrets. I will only add that people can see some surprises. It will not be just a typical concert at the Chamber Hall. I really wanted to create the unusual programme, something that our admirers haven't heard yet.’
It remains to add that on 30 March, the audience will also hear the voice of the Honoured Artist of our republic Elena Salo. Well, the whole evening on stage will perform the string quintet "Serenada": Henrikh Matskevich (violin), Elena Makutsa (violin), Sergey Tretsiak (viola), Denis Makarevich (cello), Pavel Pryiemka (bass).
