Irina Eromkina. Evening with Prima

 

She is a ballerina who breaks all the stereotypes that society generates. She is so elegant, fragile, flying, but has incredibly strong character. She is a mother of three children. Every evening she shines on stage, delihting the audience with her talent again and again… On 15 May, the People's Artist of Belarus Irina Eromkina invites the audience to her artistic evening. She has been serving the Bolshoi Theatre for 25 years.

 

Her repertoire includes more than 40 roles. But, of course, the ballerina has iconic roles: Phrygia in Aram Khachaturian's Spartacus, Anyuta in the eponymous Valery Gavrilin’s ballet, Eva in Andrey Petrov's The Creation of the World, Carmen in Carmen Suite by Georges Bizet – Rodion Shchedrin, the title role in Anna Karenina to Pyotr Tchaikovsky's music, etc. These and some other roles Irina Eropkina will perform on 15 May. It goes without saying, that the ballerina invited her friends and colleagues from her native Bolshoi Theatre to take part in her evening. But the audience will also see some surprises, which are still kept secret.
