The general director of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus Catherine Doulova and Minister of Culture of the Mari El Republic, artistic director of the Erik Sapayev Mari State Opera and Ballet Theatre Konstantin Ivanov signed a Memorandum that seals agreements on mutually beneficial cooperation for the sake of effective development and strengthening ties between two artistic companies. The Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus has already received an invitation to take part in the opera festival at the Mari Opera and Ballet Theatre in October 2022.
In addition, Catherine Doulova held talks with Aidar Shaidullin, CEO of Globex Promotion and a long–time partner of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus. According to a tentative agreement we will go on a tour in Russia with The Nutcracker and Romeo and Juliet in December 2022.
