Daria Potaturko


She graduated from the Ivan Sollertinsky Vitebsk State Musical College (Piano) in 2007 and Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov St. Petersburg State Conservatory (Musical Theatre Director) in 2013.

In 2010-2013 Daria took part in the creative lab of the directors of the opera theatre under the leadership of the Honoured Art Worker of the Russian Federation Olga Ivanova.

In 2012, at the Krasnodar Musical Theatre she staged the graduation performance Stabatmater by Giovanni Pergolesi within the project ‘Youth to Youth.Three Centuries of Opera’, which is organized by the Honoured Art Worker of the Russian Federation Olga Ivanova.

Since 2013 she is a director at the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus.

Daria Potaturko was a stage director of some concerts on the main stage of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus (Gala concert of the finalists of the Minsk International Christmas Singing Competition, Gala concert of the Minsk International Christmas Opera Forum, International Women's Day concert, City Day concert, etc) and also on the stage of the Chamber Hall.

She is Mikhail Pandzhavidze’s assistant chief director in such productions as Pagliacci by Ruggero Leoncavallo, The Tsar’s Bride by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov, Macbeth by Giuseppe Verdi, Cavalleria rusticana by Pietro Mascagni. Also she works with such directors as Neeme Kuningas (Estonia) in Rigoletto by Giuseppe Verdi, Plamen Kartaloff (Bulgaria) in The Queen of Spades by Pyotr Tchaikovsky, Mikhail Kislyarov (Russia) in Le nozze di Figaro by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
