Tour. Minsk — Moscow!

 

Two evenings of Tchaikovsky's The Nutcracker and two evenings of Soltan's King Stakh’s Wild Hunt will take place at the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia.

The opera by the Belarusian composer Vladimir Soltan King Stakh’s Wild Hunt based on the eponymous novel by Uladzimir Karatkevich is a national musical classic. The premiere of the production took place in July 2021, but every time there was a full house. Anna Motornaya’s production won the Republican contest for the best cultural patriotic projects in the nomination "The best performance of a musical theatre". On 25 and 26 October, we will perform this production to the Moscow audience. Yuri Karavaev will conduct.

Pyotr Tchaikovsky's fairy-tale ballet staged by conductor Alexander Anissimov, choreographer Valentin Elizariev, and set designer Eugene Lysik appeared on the stage of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus in 1982. This production brought up more than one generation of ballet stars of the Belarusian Bolshoi. It was warmly welcomed not only at home, but also during tours of our ballet company. In October 2020, the premiere of a new version staged by People's Artist of the USSR and Belarus Valentin Elizariev took place. On October 28 and 29, our artists will perform The Nutcracker in Moscow. Vladimir Ovodok will conduct. According to the information on the website of the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia, tickets are now sold out for our performances.
