Guest artists in the opera Pagliacci

Kaludi Kaludov studied at the Sofia Music Academy, then, having graduated from the Warsaw Conservatory, he became a soloist of the Sofia National Opera where he sang for 12 seasons. Since 1990, he has been singing at The Teatr Wielki in Warsaw. There are over 60 tenor parts in his repertoire. Along with his artistic activities, Kaludi Kaludov is currently engaged in teaching voice master classes in Romania, Brazil, Poland, and Finland. In 2003, while a teacher at the Academy of Music in Katowice (Poland), he received a scientific degree of Associate Professor. Since 2006, he’s been a visiting lecturer at the voice department of New Bulgarian University.

Anna Ditri is the soloist of State Opera Stara Zagora in Bulgaria. In 2010, she graduated from New Bulgarian University majoring in classical singing. Her repertoire includes the parts of Mimi in La Bohéme, Liu in Turandot and Tosca in Giacomo Puccini’s eponymous opera. Anna also sings parts in the operas by Giuseppe Verdi such as Elizabeth in Don Carlos and Leonora in Il Trovatore. She also sings Micaëla in the opera Carmen by Georges Bizet, the Countess in Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Le nozze di Figaro and Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni, etc. One of her most notable performances is the concert at the Papal Audience of Pope John Paul II in Vatican in 2004. The singer took part in the concerts commemorating the 250th anniversary of the birth of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart that took place in Poland in 2006. Anna Ditri performed brilliantly at the Dallas concert hall in Romania in 2008. She received rapturous ovations at the concerts in Shumen, Pleven and Vidin Philharmonic in Bulgaria and the Philharmonic concerts in Vienna and Bratislava in 2010 and 2011. In February 2010, she opened a gala concert in honour of the year of Chopin in Bulgaria with Frédéric Chopin’s song cycle.
