Once upon a time there lived a Princess named Turandot in China. She was just as beautiful as she was merciless: Turandot decided that she would only belong to the man who could solve her three riddles. If the candidate failed to name the correct answer his severed head was added to those that already adorned the walls of the Palace. Once a brave man who dared to stake his life and unravel the mystery of the stone hearted Turandot appeared... On May 11, the legendary staging of Giacomo Puccini's opera Turandot is on at the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus: an opera full of drama, lyricism and beauty!.. The title role in this evening will be performed by the prima of Kazakhstan "Astana Opera" Zhupar Gabdullina, and Calaf will be sung on by the outstanding soloist of the Mariinsky Theatre, one of the best tenors in the world Akhmed Agadi.

The third riddle: All people are equal in its sight. Only one thought about it leads to confusion. We all walk towards it instead of just waiting for it. What is it?
